It's simple to schedule with this company. I needed a housekeeper quickly. The other companies weren't able to give the service when it was needed. They give me a three-week booking window. But ICS scheduled my cleaning session two days later. ICS also sent me a reminder text the night before the session. The cleaner showed up on time, and her name was (Kohls). She was professional and worked hard. She did a great job. She also asked me if anything else required to be done before leaving. She showed me the clean insides of the oven and refrigerator. Again, thanks for helping me. I really appreciate it. She is great!!!

We had a great time with Cynthia (cleaner) and her team. Our new 4,000-square-foot home was a mess after construction, but they cleaned it quickly and carefully. They cleaned all the areas and stayed as long as necessary to complete the task. The imperial cleaning service team also gave us a clear list of what they will clean and when they complete it. We have been using Imperial cleaning service for nearly three years now. This local cleaning service is first-rate and reasonably priced. Imperial cleaning services team come to our house every other week. Because we have two dogs and one kid, having a clean home is a relief. The ICS team always gets there before the scheduled time to clean. They don't rush and take the time needed to do a good job. They also communicate well via email on appointment times, updates, and safety measures. Julian and his crew are honest, hardworking, and passionate about the care of their clients. We feel protected with them in our homes and want to use them for years to come. Recommended!!

he Imperial cleaning company expertly cleaned our apartment. Our apartment has very high ceilings, fans, ducts, and pipes, all of which collect a ton of dust that we are unable to clean. They cleaned all of our difficult-to-reach areas and made our kitchen, bathrooms, and floors shine. You must always look professional if you operate an office in the downtown area. We always had a hard time keeping the office clean because of our hectic schedules and short deadlines. But, it was crucial because our customers are very prominent and must be wooed. The cleaning service provided by Imperial has done an excellent job of keeping our office neat and clean. When it comes to cleaning up after construction, I would recommend imperial cleaning service. There was a huge amount of dust around because we had to remodel our main floor. They cleaned every inch of space. They did a very good job. When I saw that they had missed some spots, they were pleased to make the needed fixes. Thank you for your excellent service!
